These terms apply to 360poolsfl.com and to the pool cleaning, maintenance and repair services provided by 360 Pools ("we", "us") in Broward County, Florida. By using the website, requesting an estimate or using our services you agree to them.
Program. 360 Pools sends text messages about estimates, scheduling, service updates and occasional promotional offers. You choose which of these you want when you give us your number: service texts and promotional texts are separate opt-ins, and you can have one without the other.
Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide and on what we find at the pool. Recurring service is billed at the rate quoted to you, in advance, at the start of each billing period. Rates may change with notice. Either of us can end recurring service at any time; service already provided is still payable. Repairs, parts and chemicals outside the scope of your plan are quoted and approved before work begins.
You agree to give us safe access to the pool and equipment on service days (gates, dogs, parking). We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces or equipment, or for problems caused by conditions we were not told about, but we will always point out what we find.
